Fendrich inspires 9,000 fans: Ostbucht becomes a music hotspot!

on Saturday evening, July 6, 2025, the Austropop superstar Rainhard Fendrich performed in the open-air arena of the Klagenfurt Ostbuch. In bright weather, around 9,000 visitors enjoyed a unique concert that was part of the 2025 open-air festival. Fendrich presented a selection of his biggest hits and celebrated on stage for 45 years.

The concert was a crowning conclusion to the festival, to which more than 50,000 people had appeared. Other artists also performed during the entire event, including Melissa Naschenweng, Matakustix and the Kastelruther Spatzen and the event "Starnacht am Wörthersee". During his appearance, Fendrich did not miss his famous ballads, including the unforgettable titles "Strada del Sole", "Bergwerk" and "I am from Austria". The range of the songs played ranged from soulful texts to rousing melodies that encouraged the audience to sing along. In addition, hits like "it hurt so much" and "live the sport" for additional enthusiasm.
