Baldwin case: Court rejects charges for lack of evidence

The incident intensified when a friend of Gutierrez-Reed's father delivered ammunition in March, who might have to do with the case. During her statement, an official of the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office confirmed that this ammunition was processed separately by others and could therefore not be passed on to the defense.
The judge Sommer said that the late discovery of the evidence had affected the basic fairness of the procedure. She emphasized that the rejection was the only way to remedy this injustice.
Gutierrez-Reed had achieved a preliminary comparison on September 4 for a separate charges for illegal gun ownership in a licensed drink. Their punishment comprises 18 months of probation, with a hearing on October 7th.
It is worth noting that the respected filmmaker Quentin Tarantino expressed his view of Baldwin's role in a podcast. He believes that Baldwin is partly responsible for the incident. In the discussion, he pointed out that the so -called armory, who handed over the weapon, bears 90 % of the responsibility, while the actor is 10 % responsible.
The shooting of rust was completed in May 2023, but a release date is still pending. Baldwin expressed grateful for the support he received after the dismissal of his case and emphasized that his family had received a lot of encouragement.
