The chestnut festival, which takes place annually before the impressive Forchtenstein Castle, has developed into an important event and is now attracting more than a thousand visitors. The association was particularly appreciated for its financial support in the restoration of the Rosalienkapelle. The other successfully implemented projects include the provision of play equipment for elementary school and the establishment of wood loungers on the Rosalia.

In addition to these successful initiatives, the beautification association regularly organizes a variety of events. Sustainability and a flowering future are also on the association's agenda. Ambitious goals have been set for the next five to ten years. "Our goal is to further embellish the townscape with flowers and always realize new projects," emphasizes Löb. This year it started with a long -term large -scale project: the welcoming boards at the three local entrances to Forchtenstein should further upgrade the appearance of the place. This part of the project has not yet been completed, but the first successes are visible.
