The region has to offer numerous events that promise both entertainment and cultural experiences. Here are some highlights that visitors should not miss.

On Sunday, October 6th, the cultural and home association "Christiane Eberhardine" opens the goals for its traditional Thanksgiving festival on the church square in Pretzsch. At 10 a.m., the festive day will be launched with a service, followed by the barrel beer tapping at 11 a.m. There is a snippet hunting for children, especially for families from 3 p.m., and there are diverse stands of local dealers and a show car of the hunters.
