On the night of Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the peace in Bergkamen was shattered by a deafening bang! At 11:25 p.m. an unknown person tried to blow up a cigarette machine on Hochstrasse. Residents were alarmed and immediately reported the devastating noise to the police.
Police confirmed there was significant damage to the machine's dispensing tray, but an attempt to blow it up completely failed.
