Chaos on Wüllener Straße in Ahaus! On Friday afternoon there was a shocking rear-end collision that had dramatic consequences for a driver. At around 3:20 p.m., a 32-year-old from Ahaus hit the vehicle of a 35-year-old from Ahaus with full force, shortly before the intersection with Düwing Dyk was reached. The force of the impact sent the 35-year-old's vehicle into another car that was driving in front of it.

But that's not all: the fugitive who caused the accident, who simply sped away after the crash, should have taken care of his legal obligations, but didn't! The police estimate the damage to property at several thousand euros, and the vehicle they are looking for could have fresh signs of an accident on the rear. A case that makes people sit up and take notice and further fuels the traffic chaos in Ahaus!
