Incident escalates in Rheinbrohl: two men in court!

on Saturday evening, October 19, 2024, there was an incident between two young men on Rheinbrohler Straße "In the Maar", which levied serious allegations in a heated argument. At 11:30 p.m. the Linz police inspection received the report about a threat that had just taken place.

The caller reported that he was threatened by a friend with a metal tube. But the other involved, a 20-year-old man from the Bad Hönningen community, described the situation very differently. He accused the caller, a 19-year-old Neuwieder, to have insulted him. The opposite representations meant that criminal proceedings were initiated against both men.
