Drama in Mössingen! Unknown perpetrators brutally attacked a bicycle shop on Albblickstrasse on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday and were targeting expensive Pedelecs! Severe security gaps allowed the burglars to gain access via a window. Systematically and ruthlessly, several doors were pried open and the thieves grabbed brand new Pedelecs from the manufacturer Cube worth a fortune - several tens of thousands of euros! The exact extent of the theft remains a mystery. Meanwhile, a white Fiat Ducato panel van was also stolen on Danziger Straße, which could have served as a getaway vehicle for the stolen bicycles. The Mössingen police and their forensic experts are now on the hunt for clues and are asking the public for help. Anyone who has noticed anything suspicious should call 07473/9521-0!

Accident on Bickelsberger Straße

But that wasn't all! On Wednesday morning, shortly after nine o'clock, there was a spectacular accident on Bickelsberger Straße. A 32-year-old bus driver turned his bus into the Taugstein stop, but noticed that no passengers were waiting there. In a moment of carelessness, he steered back onto the road and crashed into a massive boulder! The impact was so violent that the bus was thrown off the road, straight into two trees! With property damage estimated at around 32,000 euros, the bus driver was only slightly injured while he was taken to hospital for examination. The roads were littered with waste and the technical service ensured rapid cleaning to prevent further accidents.
