A driver is on the run in Everswinkel! On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 4:46 p.m., a shocking incident occurred when a 28-year-old from Warendorf was waiting with his white Seat on Vitusstrasse. Suddenly a silver Renault Clio sped up, turned and hit the waiting vehicle. The driver of the Clio did not shy away and sped off towards the city center at excessive speed.

The Warendorf police have started the search for the unknown man. The Renault Clio, equipped with the WAF city identifier, could urgently need witnesses who can provide clues to the identity of the fleeing driver.
