In a dramatic operation, the Heide police district carried out a massive speed measurement event in Wrist last Friday. From 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., road users on Bokeler Strasse were targeted, and the result was shocking: 161 drivers were driving too fast! One driver in particular stood out: He raced through the town at an incredible 124 km/h, even though only 50 km/h is allowed there. For him that means a hefty fine of 800 euros, two points in Flensburg and a three-month driving ban!
