A fundamentally new approach to treatment! More and more children's PVE are being created in Vienna; 59 regional health centers are planned by 2030 so that families can receive comprehensive medical care close to home. The focus is on multi-professional collaboration, which is guaranteed in every children's PVE in order to meet the diverse requirements in care. This is achieved through the close cooperation between the City of Vienna, the ÖGK and enables doctors. These pooled resources make the facilities not only attractive to pediatricians, but also ensure comprehensive health care for our youngest children.
Expectations are high! According to Vienna City Councilor for Health Peter Hacker, the opening of the Nepomuk-PVE will not only improve healthcare in the 18th district, but also create jobs and promote the development of healthy lifestyles among children. In addition to medical care, the focus is also on preventive measures such as nutritional advice. It is clear that Vienna's health policy is fully committed to meeting the challenge of meeting the growing needs and demands of the population, according to the Vienna Medical Association.
