Office in Spandau: New pilot project for better workplace culture!
Spandau, Deutschland - The Spandau district office breaks with traditions and starts an exciting pilot project that could revolutionize the office atmosphere! In a courageous step, employees can bring their beloved dogs to the office - a push that is supposed to raise the work culture to a new level. Over a period of twelve months, it is tested how the presence of four -legged friends affects the well -being and health of the employees.
Mayor Frank Luke is enthusiastic: "With this pilot project we show how modern working conditions can combine efficiency and a good working atmosphere. A dog in the office has been proven to ensure relaxation and strengthens the cooperation." This initiative is a clear sign of innovative, employee -oriented approaches in the administration. City Councilor Thorsten Schatz, who has been strong for office funds for a long time, is also positive: "Office funds not only promote health, but also set a sign of respectful coexistence."
