Prices for journalists: Submissions possible by the end of March!
The Austrian Medical Association calls for the "Prize for Special Publicist Services in the Healthcare Care" in 2024. The price endowed with 5,000 euros is aimed at full -time journalists who deal with health policy issues. Work must be submitted to the Austrian Medical Association in Vienna until March 31, 2025. The jury, which consists of experts from the Medical Association, will also consider the opportunity to divide the price into several equivalent contributions. Important prerequisites are that the submitted work was published in 2024 and is the main residence of the authors in Austria. At the same time, the 2025 sponsorship award of the Vienna Legal Society in cooperation with the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Economic Affairs is advertised. This prize honors extraordinary dissertations in the law area, which are submitted by young scientists under the age of 35. The delivery date is also March 31, 2025, and the dissertations must have been approved between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024. Here, too, the price is endowed with 5,000 euros per category, although in special cases a third price or prices can be shared. The selection is made by a five -member jury, consisting of representatives of both universities and the legal society.
