In the night of Friday, May 16, 2025, there was a fire brigade in the Tyrolean lowlands, which was triggered by an unusual campfire at a lido in the Kufstein district. According to Krone, the fire brigade was alerted at 2:41 a.m.
The Feightersee fire brigade moved out to the site with 25 members and two vehicles and was able to quickly extinguish the fire.
