Great fire in Therme Bad Hall: Guests sure evacuated!
on Wednesday evening, April 10, 2025, a fire broke out in the sauna of the Therme Bad Hall in Upper Austria. At 8:30 p.m. the automatic fire alarm system made an alarm, previously the Bad Hall volunteer fire brigade was alerted at 8:24 p.m. Thanks to the rapid reaction of the fire brigade, the fire that had broken out behind the sauna oven could be quickly brought under control. The staff of the thermal bath had initially fought the fire itself, but the smoke development was considerable, so that an evacuation of the entire building was necessary. About a few dozen guests had to leave the thermal baths safely and orderly.
The volunteer fire brigade was quickly on site and was able to completely deglaze the fire.
