The new production line was not just built out of the ground, but is the result of a careful realignment of existing structures. The latest grinding and filling robots, which were developed in collaboration with a German mechanical engineer, are revolutionizing the processing of wood. Knotholes and cracks are precisely recorded and machined - this saves material and protects the environment. The cutting of the real wood cover slats is now AI-supported, which significantly reduces waste and helps conserve resources.
The machines collect data every day that is used for further programming. The longer a robot runs, the easier it becomes for employees to operate it.
