Grief aid in the dark season: six evenings for relatives

jena. A new mourning gives people the opportunity to talk about the loss of loved ones.

With the cooler temperatures and shorter days, people's mood often changes. In the dark season, when many different activities are shifted inside, the feeling of grief can be felt more intensely. In order to offer a platform for those who have lost a close person through death - regardless of how long how long this is, the Jena Hospice supports a mourning circle.

Details on the mourning circle

The mourning circle will take place over a period of six evenings, each with a distance of about four weeks. The first session begins on Thursday, October 17, at 6 p.m., and takes place in the Hospiz Jena, Paul-Schneider-Straße 5. Here the participants have the opportunity to share their feelings in a protected framework and learn support from like -minded people.

A registration is required and can be made by phone at 03641/4743310 or by email to kerstin.loeschner@hospiz-jena.de. This initiative is seen as valuable help for people who seek community and understanding in a difficult time and helps to accompany the mourning process.

The Hospice Jena not only offers this special mourning circle, but is continuously committed to supporting people in heavy situations. The opportunity to talk about loss, grief and pain can help many to find their own way through grief.

We invite everyone interested to take part in this offer and get the necessary support. More information can be found on the website of the hospice or directly via the above contact options.
