GERAS Advent Magic: The city illuminates from November 26th!

The anticipation for the most contemplative time of the year increases! From Tuesday, November 26th, Gera downtown will illuminate in a radiant sea of lights. Almost 50 impressive forms of illuminations will provide a festive atmosphere every day from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Among the shining attractions are four "Ogma Sky 2D" in the Große Kirchstrasse, which with their unique design attracts attention. In Schloßstraße, 32 shooting star ribbons sparkle, while nine road surges "Magical Across" and three "Polaris Sky" light installations in Steinweg immerse the streets in a magical light. These festive lights are not only a feast for the eyes, but also a sign of the upcoming holidays that are duly celebrated in Gera.

All citizens and guests from near and far are cordially invited to admire the magical lights on a stroll through the city. Festive lighting will not only illuminate the streets, but also heat the hearts of people and increase the anticipation for Christmas.
