In a gripping competition at the South Thuringian table tennis district championships of the youth U 15, Chi tung Nguyen from SV Wartburgstadt caused a sensation! With five impressive victories, the young athlete fought himself to the semi -finals, where he was defeated 0: 3 against the runner -up Luis Albrecht (TTV Schmalkalden). But Nguyen can look forward to the bronze medal and the ticket to the Thuringian championship on December 14th in Bad Blankenburg. A real success for the talent!

Football cup: hammerless for Ruhla

The women of SG EFC Ruhla face a real challenge in the round of 16 of the national football cup! On Sunday they compete against Prussia Bad Langensalza, the leader of the Kreisberliga Nord. A reason to celebrate for the B-Juniors of FC Eisenach! In a catch-up game on Wednesday they celebrated their first win in the district league and freed themselves with a clear 4-1 win over FC Schweina from the red lantern.
