Self -assertion for kids: courses in Bad Oeynhausen start soon!

An exciting offer for young people in Bad Oeynhausen! From the end of November, the police sports and prevention association (PSPV) Minden will start self-assertion courses for children and adolescents in cooperation with the local police authority. These courses are a great opportunity to strengthen self -confidence and learn important skills that can help in critical situations.

On Saturday, November 30, 2024, young girls between the ages of ten and fifteen can look forward to an exciting course. Just a week later, on Sunday, December 8th, it is the turn of the boys in primary school age. And that's not all: On Saturday, December 14th, the girls in primary school age are on it! All courses take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the police station on Blucherstrasse. Here the participants can learn and practice in a safe environment.

The courses are led by experienced self -assertion trainers and are under the supervision of the responsible commissioner of the district police authority. Interested parties can now register for only 25 euros per person at the e-mail address kkkpo.minden@polizei.nrw.de. This initiative is not only important for personal security, but also a valuable way to close new friendships and learn in a supportive community.
