A very special process runs behind this whiskey. The brewery in Schleswig-Holstein handed over the undisclosed mash of its famous Flensburg spring bock of the forest fire in the Allgäu. After the distillation, the whiskey matured in heavily toted oak barrels. And the special thing? These barrels are predestined on the FRS Sylt ferry that connects the German coasts with Denmark - that means wave movement and fresh North Sea air! Is the exact ripening time known? Unfortunately not - but that only makes the appeal bigger.
