Driver without a driver's license with a stolen car through Handewitt!
In the night from Sunday to Monday there was a remarkable incident in Handewitt when a patrol of the federal police checked a Renault Scenic with Polish license plates around 0:30 a.m. The vehicle had been stopped at the Scandi Park, and during the review it turned out that the 32-year-old driver was not in possession of a valid driver's license. In addition, the attached license plates for a completely different vehicle, a BMW, were registered. These details were confirmed by a spokesman for the federal police.
The circumstances became even more complicated than it was found that the Renault had been shut down since January. Due to this illegality, the officials prohibited the man away by car. Now he sees serious legal consequences, including criminal proceedings for driving without a license, license plate abuse and a violation of the compulsory insurance law. The police forces secured the false license plates and the two occupants of the vehicle left the location of the control on foot. They assured the officials that they would pick up the car soon.
