Eiswelt Scharbeutz: The largest ice rink of Schleswig-Holstein will soon open!

Scharbeutz. The anticipation is huge! The ice world Scharbeutz opens its gates in just three days and promises a wintry spectacle of the extra class. From November 16, visitors can expect the largest ice rink of Schleswig-Holstein with impressive 2000 square meters of real ice. The organizers, the Lübeck Bay Tourism Agency (Talb) and Ulfert Georgs Event GmbH, have put a lot of effort into creating an unforgettable experience.

Already on the opening day, Saturday, guests can skate free from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you don't have your own ice skates, you can be equipped for a small fee. The official opening ceremony begins at 2 p.m., followed by a spectacular figure skating show, in which the little guests have the opportunity to do a few laps with the professionals. At 3 p.m. it is officially said: "The ice is open!"

Until February 16, 2025, the ice world Scharbeutz becomes the winter meeting point for locals and guests. In addition to skating, there are also ice stick shooting and numerous festive activities. Every Saturday the after-skate party is celebrated in the ice world tent, and admission is free! You can dance and celebrate in the festively decorated tent until 10 p.m.

A special highlight are the Lübeck Bay campaign days, which take place on December 10th and 14th. On these days, all residents of the municipalities of Scharbeutz, Sierksdorf and Neustadt are free to skate from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. - a real home advantage! There are also special times for the small ice skaters when school classes and kindergartens have the ice rink for themselves. Entry costs only 3 euros here, and the rental fee for ice skates is 2 euros.
