The special units of the Schleswig-Holstein state police celebrated a brilliant festival on Thursday, November 14, 2024, because they proudly look back on 50 years of heroism in dangerous locations. The first SEK was launched in the 1970s when the world was shaken by the terrible hostage frames in the Munich Olympic village. Schleswig-Holstein's first special unit started in 1974. These elite staff are prepared for everything and fight in the service of justice! Since the merging of SEK and MEK at the State Criminal Police Office in 2005, they have been an unshakable unit, equipped with state -of -the -art technology.
