Kane return to the Premier League? Successor at Bayern already under discussion!

Harry Kane continues to work magic for Bayern Munich, scoring an impressive 36 goals in the Bundesliga. His second season could be even more successful as he has already found the net 19 times after 18 games. The 31-year-old's contract runs until 2027, but has an exciting twist: According to information from SPORT PICTURE his contract contains an exit clause. He could have moved this in January, but he now has the option of moving next winter, which could enable a transfer in the summer of 2026.

Bavaria's Plan B: The successors in sight

In order to be prepared for Kanie's possible departure, Bayern are already eyeing potential successors. Benjamin Sesko, the former Salzburger, is at the top of the list. The 21-year-old, currently under contract with RB Leipzig until 2029, scored 14 goals in 29 games this season. Viktor Gyökeres, 26-year-old striker from Sporting, is also considered an option. The Swede is one of the most dangerous attackers in Europe with 34 goals from 33 competitive games this season.

Both players would probably cost the Munich team around 70 million euros, but would be placed well below Kane in the salary hierarchy. Loud Yahoo Sports Kane himself called for the clause when he moved from Tottenham in order to return to the Premier League if necessary, as he wants to top the goalscoring list. However, Kane is currently showing no signs of making use of his release clause as he is happy in Munich, both in terms of sport and in his private life.
