Görlitz. In the picturesque regions of Bohemia and Lower Silesia, the anticipation for Christmas is celebrated with a spectacular offer of markets and events! An exciting overview of the festive highlights that make the hearts of visitors beat faster.

On December 7th and 8th, the Castle Łomnica (Lomnitz) transformed into a true winter wonderland in Poland! From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests can take part in a lively Advent market that comes up with traditional Polish Christmas carols and creative workshops. In Liberec (Reichenberg), visitors can expect a top -class Christmas market, where over 40 market dealers present their culinary and manual delicacies. A ferris wheel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, while an exciting accompanying program with devils and angels on December 5 will cause excitement.

Advent highlights in Frýdlant and Kryštofovo údolí

in Frýdlant (Friedland) The Christmas tree has been shining since December 1, while the city is enthusiastic about its enchanting Christmas nativity scene. Visitors can admire the lovingly designed cribs in the windows of the residents. New in Kryštofovo údolí (Christofsgrund) are the illuminated cribs that can be seen in the windows of local buildings - a real eye -catcher that shines until January 6th!

The fairytale castle Sychrov (Sichrow) opens its doors to families who want to discover the unique bear gallery. There are no guided tours here so that visitors can explore the castle at their own pace. And in Jablonec Nad Nisou (Gablonz) a traditional Christmas market will be organized from December 18 to 22 with a colorful program of music and theater performances. A festival for the senses!
