The head of the Office for Economic Development, Steffen Rietzschel, emphasized how important the selection of a particularly beautiful Christmas tree for the city is every year. The decision was made on the Freital Nordmann fir, which is simply ideal for the festive time with her beautiful growth!

The Striezelmarkt opens its gates on November 27th and remains open until Christmas Eve - a highlight for Dresden and tourists alike!
