Thale opens new social center: a place of hope for everyone!

Musestieg, 06502 Thale, Deutschland - thale/Mz. - A social milestone in Thale! Mayor Maik Zedschack (CDU) celebrated the magnificent opening of the new social center Bode (SZB), which now has its main location on the Musest rise. With the neighboring facilities, including the new youth center "Sputnik", a radiant center for all citizens is created here. A true fortress of the community!

According to Zedschack, an incredible 130,000 euros were invested in the modernization of the lower floor of the former German Employee Academy (DAA). Here, bright advisory rooms sprout from the soil, which can be used for citizen service, migration and help to raise and perpetrator-victim compensation. Two modern event rooms are now available - a place that welcomes seniors, children and adolescents and promises an exciting program for all age groups!

"The social center is the most important social pillar for our city," emphasizes Zedschack. City Council President Cornelia Sieker agrees: "Everyone benefits from the valuable work of the SZB." At a time when social conflicts in many cities are the order of the day, Thale remains at the top and avoids unrest. The social center has made decades of development work an indispensable institution. The big move from Karl-Marx-Straße was carried out in June and after a few remaining work, the center is finally ready to exploit its full potential!
