The piquant detail? A chosen secretary was simply not present! Mario Zeising, the state manager of the CDU, brought the shocking news to light. The implementation of the election for the direct candidate in constituency 66, which includes the districts of Stendal, Jerichower Land and Altmarkkreis Salzwedel, was anything but smooth.
