Students conjure up Advent joy for seniors in the city!

Speyer, Deutschland - An advent magic for seniors! Pupils of the Edith Stein Realschule in Speyer put a heart-warming project into practice: Together with the city and community sister Alexandra Mally, they design an advent calendar that makes the hearts of the older generation beat faster! Headmistress Manuela Becker takes over the coordination of this special project with enthusiasm. In an interview with Narin Ugrasaner, she tells of the creative ideas that are in this calendar.

The advent calendars are not just calendar-they are real works of art in DIN-A4 format! Filled with poems, stories and puzzles, they bring festive atmosphere and joy into the apartments of the seniors. The pupils went to work with a lot of love and dedication to give the elderly in their area a special surprise. This initiative shows how important it is to combine generations and give joy.

a project with heart

The advent calendars are not only a gift, but also a sign of appreciation for the seniors. At a time when many older people feel lonely, this project brings light and hope. The students show that they not only want to learn, but also actively contribute to the community. With every calendar that is distributed, a piece of warmth and joy is carried into the hearts of the recipients.
