Mainz pleasure workshop: reopening with first -class menu and team spirit!

Mainz, Deutschland - MAINZ. The pleasure workshop in the Hotel Atrium in Mainz has opened its doors again after a five -month closure. From now on, guests can take a seat every day at 7 p.m. to enjoy an artistically arranged menu that consists of several courses, including a sweet surprise at the end. The special thing: The guests can watch how the chef Helge Straub-Schilling and his first-class team prepare the dishes.

For the service staff, the expertise of the sommelière Maike Witfang was again used, with most of the delicious dishes being served by both the chef and his sous chef Tim Eckert. This team structure ensures that the guests not only get a delicious menu served, but also experience the passion and skills of the cooks up close.

new wind in the kitchen

The return of the enjoyment workshop goes hand in hand with exciting changes behind the scenes. Chef Helge Straub-Schilling has changed the organization of the kitchen team. Instead of a separately working team for the enjoyment workshop, the entire A la carte kitchen team is now being included in the processes. "It is important that everyone in my team has the feeling that they are part of the whole," he explains. "This not only strengthens cohesion, but also enables guests to see the hard work behind our dishes."

This restructuring aims to create a harmonious work environment where all chefs take part in production. Different cooks are alternately integrated when the dishes are used. "We want the guests to experience the diversity and commitment of our team without being disturbed in the restaurant," continued Straub-Schilling. This philosophy could help the guests closer to the importance of team spirit and the cooperation in the catering trade.

The enthusiasm of the team and the new plans underline the goal of further increasing the culinary quality. In the near future, an expansion of the menu is planned, which will certainly inspire the fans of the pleasure workshop. "We have set ourselves high goals and I am convinced that we can only achieve this together," says the chef optimistic.

The return of the enjoyment workshop not only promises exciting culinary experiences, but also a close connection between the kitchen and restaurant, which can offer guests a unique experience.
