Ludwigshafen Hospital is thrilled: the open day attracts 3,000 visitors!

Ludwigshafen. On November 16th, the Ludwigshafen Clinic experienced an unforgettable open day that attracted over 3,000 enthusiastic visitors! The newly opened House D was proudly opened by the managing directors Dr. Vanessa Bähner and Jan Stanslowski presented. “Top medicine and top care” – that is the motto that the two want to put into practice in order to raise healthcare in Ludwigshafen and the region to a new level. “We are ready to shape the future of medical care!” exclaimed Stanslowski enthusiastically.

The atmosphere was electric! Visitors were able to experience a wide range of activities, including the popular Green Ladies, who were always there to listen to patients, and a balloon artist who enchanted children with his creative balloon animals. A highlight was the teddy clinic, where the little guests brought their own cuddly toys with health problems to be examined and treated under the guidance of the clinic staff. An X-ray machine and MRI were also on site to give the little doctors of tomorrow an insight into the world of medicine.

A look into the future

The “Look into the Future” project was particularly exciting, where visitors could slip into a futuristic outfit to experience what it was like to be 40 years older. “That was really fun!” said one visitor, who bravely dared to wear the complete outfit. The fashion show of work clothing from “Then and Now” also amazed people and gave a fascinating insight into the development of the nursing profession.

Overall, the day was a complete success and impressively demonstrated how diverse the medical, nursing and therapeutic offerings are at the Ludwigshafen Clinic. “Our KliLU team is simply fantastic!” enthused nursing director Countess Alexandra von Rex. “We are proud of the passion and expertise that our team brings to the care of our patients every day.” A day that not only celebrated the new premises, but also the people who work tirelessly for the well-being of patients!
