Koblenz becomes a battle center!The legendary Don “The Dragon” Wilson, the greatest professional kickboxer in history and a sought-after Hollywood star, appeared once again at the WKA-Willems Martial Arts Academy. Bernie Willems, Taekwondo national trainer and the star's companion for decades, brought the living legend back to the beautiful city of Koblenz, where the martial arts fans were over the moon.
Over 50 enthusiastic participants, from 7-year-old young fighters to 70-year-old veterans, were able to benefit from Wilson's incredible skills. Without flaunting his glittering titles and awards, the eleven-time world champion taught his hot fighting techniques and everyday self-defense methods with charm and a special lightness that captivated everyone. The champion has won an incredible 74 fights in his career, including 48 by knockout. – a result that makes every fighting heart beat faster!
Honor the legends
The training was not only a spectacle, but also a tribute to the late kickboxing legends Ali Pehlivan and Rob Kaman. In a solemn atmosphere of respect and honor, many of the techniques taught by Wilson were incorporated into the future training program - a lasting legacy of this memorable event. Bernie Willems strives to continue to spread the knowledge of this exceptional athlete in Koblenz in order to promote both the tradition and skills in kickboxing.
After his career in the ring, Wilson turned heads in more than 30 action films, including an appearance alongside Chuck Norris and Batman Forever. But the baptism of fire remains in Koblenz: here he passed on his knowledge to the next generation. An event that couldn't leave any martial arts fan indifferent!
