Entrepreneurs in Bingen: Women's power for the future of craft!
In the Rhein-Nahe conference center in Bingen there is a jubilation! Under the motto "Only those who are visible, take place", gathered the 200 entrepreneurs for the second edition of the Federal Association of Entrepreneurs' Women. Mayor Ulrich Mönch could hardly believe the atmosphere - the energy of women was overwhelming. Chairman Tatjana Lanvermann asked to increase self -confidence and emphasized the commitment of the representatives of the state associations, which were celebrated with frenetic applause. But fun is not in the foreground, because the Bundestag is crucial for the visibility of women in the craft!
"Miss Handwerk 2024", Lea Heuer, gave a clear insight into modern entrepreneurial culture. She emphasized the importance of online presence: "Instagram is the new shop window!" The numbers speak for themselves: In Germany, women lead a quarter of the craft businesses and take every fifth master exam. Chamber President Hans-Jörg Friese made it clear that 2255 companies in Rheinhessen are in female hands. A clear announcement: The future of the craft is female, and Tatjana Lanvermann's passionate appeal at the end of her speech underlined: "God protect the honorable craft, especially our entrepreneurial women!"

The event ended with a solemn reception and an inspiring cultural program that put the important topics around Hildegard von Bingen and the strengths of the entrepreneurs in the spotlight. The organization team, consisting of tireless helpers, not only received praise for the excellent planning, but also thanks to generous sponsors who helped cover the high costs of the conference. Next stop: Berlin 2025, where participation will certainly be just as worthwhile, although the price increase of hotels is feared! The entrepreneurship are ready to adjust to the future together!
