Zweibrücken, Deutschland - The association "Doctors for the West Palatinate" offers a German -language medical studies in Hungary from the winter semester 2023/24. The application deadline for the winter semester 2025/26 ends at the end of February. The studies take place at the University of Pécs and in Budapest.

The offer is primarily aimed at students with a regional bond with the West Palatinate or to the Bad Kreuznach district. The application is possible without numerus clausus. The association takes on tuition fees of up to 7,500 euros per semester and supports the students through internship agency, networking options as well as workshops and events for professional orientation.

Medical studies are funded by a scholarship from the association. After the degree, there is the option of receiving a employment for specialist training. Applicants should be ready to work in the West Palatinate or in the Bad Kreuznach district in the long term.

In addition, the association enables up to 16 candidates to study German -language medical studies at the University of Pécs. The second application phase for a medical scholarship runs until the end of May. In addition to the scholarships, further financing variants are to be offered from the coming winter semester.
