Families in the Bad Kreuznach district: Support offer Early Aid receives financial backing!
Bad Kreuznach, Deutschland - Bad Kreuznach. Young families often face major challenges! For this reason, “early help” in our district has been offered for three years, an initiative that is now more needed than ever. This free consultation offers support for families with small children, especially in critical areas such as child health, daily structure or education. Specialists from family midwives to pediatric nurses help to master everyday life. The consultation hours take place in three central locations: the Hargesheim daycare center, the Kita Odernheim and the Pediatric Practice Ries in Bad Kreuznach.
"Young families appreciate these low -threshold offers in the first years of their children!" Says Katrin Freitag, the coordinator of the district youth welfare office. For 2024, around 200 families are expected to benefit from these valuable services. It is an excellent opportunity for the new parents to get advice and support!
financing ensured!
The "early aid" were originally financed from federal funds as part of the "Enjoyment to Corona" program. After the Federal Funding expired in 2023, the AOK jumped in and secured the financing for another year. For 2024, the Bürkle Foundation secured the continuation of the project and even promised for 2025! The funding is currently an impressive 10,000 euros per year.
"We are infinitely grateful to the Bürkle Foundation that she has taken over the financing of this important program!", Emphasizes District Administrator Bettina Dickes. Without this financial support, the continuation of the vital, decentralized offer would not be possible. "We firmly believe that the 'early aid' helps families to deal with their new everyday life better with a child!"Details Ort Bad Kreuznach, Deutschland
