New residential project in Olpe: Mega planning start on Finkenstrasse!

Olpe. breathtaking news from Finkenstraße! The major project to create an urban residential park at the old Schell-Fabrik takes on rapid shape. The first apartments will be rented in the coming year, but a surprising turn is emerging: part of the area was sold to another Olper company! The Hotelier family Koch announced this exciting innovation in a press release.

The project is now being realized in cooperation with the FS10 ownership mbh. "We will pull together together to raise the former Schell area to a new level," said the cooks. Construction is on two areas - Stadtfinken GmbH takes care of the left part towards the cross chapel, while the FS10 will revitalize the right part towards Biggesee. The two companies strive to put both functionality and quality of life in the foreground.

In the first construction phase, small apartments for rent should initially be created in the left part. Stadtfinken GmbH is already in the starting blocks with their building application! But that's not all: In the area of the FS10, apartments with parking spaces are also planned for sale and rent. While Stadtfinken GmbH is aiming to complete by the end of 2026, the first apartments will be on the market in 2025. The preparations are in full swing!

A development plan for the entire area as an urban area is already available. Apartments in various sizes and for different forms of living will be created. With the renowned architectural firm Archifaktur Lennestadt under the direction of Tobias Hermes, it is ensured that the entire area has a uniform effect. Karoline Koch from Stadtfinken GmbH is enthusiastic: "Together with the FS10, we will create an attractive living environment that meets all of our visions!" The anticipation for this impressive project is huge, and everyone involved is highly motivated to design something unique on Finkenstrasse!
