A storm of changes brews itself in the Oberberg district! The association assembly of the GO.RHINLAND association has unanimously decided on a huge public transport/SPNV investment program for the coming years. A whopping 125.5 million euros are released throughout Rhineland for 75 new projects around bus and train, whereby 2.7 million euros flow directly into regional development. A real outer rain for local transport!

Gummersbach plans the barrier -free expansion of seven bus bays and three crossing aids with costs of over 353,000 euros, while Hückeswagen focuses on the renovation of bus stops of almost 430,000 euros.

radevormwald receives 942,500 euros for the barrier -free conversion of four stops, and Waldbröl and Wiehl are also not going empty! The city of Wiehl benefits from another round of investments that aims at 14 stops at 14 stops. All of this goes hand in hand with a common effort to improve local transport for all citizens.
