Schwarzbachstraße 28, 40822 Mettmann, Deutschland - A new course for the Feldenkrais method starts at the Mettmann-Wülfrath adult education center! From Thursday, November 14th, interested parties at Schwarzbachstrasse 28 can learn how to revolutionize their movements and postures. This method aims to improve the quality of the movements and to relieve symptoms such as back pain, arthritis and behavioral damage. A real blessing for everyone who suffers from physical restrictions!

The participants are gradually introduced to the basics of the Feldenkrais method in this course. The focus is on perception of one's own body. The familiar movements are broken down into small, easy -to -understand units. This innovative approach promotes the formation of new neuronal links in the brain, which means that pain -free and effortless movements can be learned in everyday life. Ideal for all ages, but it is important that participants can put down and get up independently.

The course takes place five times Thursdays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in the VHS house. A written registration is required for participation, which is associated with a fee of 48 euros (reduced: 29 euros).
