One of the first renovated objects is a modern business building on Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse and a listed house on Montanusstrasse. The latter was upgraded as part of an elaborate monument renovation. These measures increase not only aesthetics, but also the quality of living significantly. The owner of the business building, Antonio Villani, was satisfied: "Everything went great".
