At the beginning of December, the traditional Nikolaus coffee of the Arntz-Optibelt group took place in Höxter, an event in which the management informed the guests present about the 2024 financial year. Regina Arning, who has taken over the tasks of Reinhold Mühlbeyer since this month, reported on an economic clouding that began in 2023 and continues in the new year. In addition, she did not fail to point out the financial effects of a cyber attack that the group of companies visited in August. This incident is expected to lead to sales 2024 behind those of the previous year, such as Westfalen-blatt
At the event, 60 employees were also honored for their long -term loyalty. Ten of them can look back on 40 years of service, while nine employees could celebrate 25 years of service. In addition, 15 new trainees and dual students start their way into the group of companies, which underlines their commitment to training their own specialists. With a total number of over 2400 employees worldwide, such as Optibelt , the Arntz-Optibelt-Group is one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance drive belts.
The company, which has its roots in North Rhine-Westphalia, runs nine production locations in seven countries and pursues a philosophy of uncompromising quality and durability in its products.
