A dramatic incident occurred on Tuesday morning on Autobahn 1 near Bakum! At around 8:30 a.m., a 61-year-old driver from the Ennepe-Ruhr district, during his trip towards Hamburg, suddenly came from the street, no longer under control! It turned out that he had a medical emergency that brought him into a dangerous situation. His Ford crashed into the sliding protection wall of a construction site, but that was only the beginning of the terror.

The driver, apparently unable to control the vehicle correctly, continued his journey and tried to overtake a tractor -trailer. But the situation escalated: Another collision occurred that made the man's car completely accurate. The Ford stopped in the right road, and the property damage is enormous - several ten thousand euros, just about 20,000 euros, were caused on both vehicles.

The rescue crew was alerted at the same time! The driver, who was also suspected of a stroke, was immediately medical cared for on site and taken to the hospital. In the meantime, a huge traffic jam of around five kilometers formed, which dated to the Vechta junction. The traffic could only flow slowly again after towing and the lifting of the half -side closure.
