Justin Butler is moving to SV Sandhausen: BVB talent with a new number 10!
Ingolstadt, Deutschland - The third division club SV Sandhausen has committed a promising newcomer: Justin Butler changes to the Badeners by immediate transfer from Borussia Dortmund (BVB). The transfer was announced on Friday, January 3, 2025. Butler, which was previously active in the U23 of BVB, brings a breath of fresh air to the offensive of SV Sandhausen, where he will wear the number ten.
The 23-year-old German American, who came from FC Ingolstadt to Dortmund in the summer of 2023, completed 25 missions for the U23 in the past season and scored a goal. His contract with BVB originally expired in the summer of 2025. During his career, Butler had already gained experience in the 3rd league, including at FC Ingolstadt, where he played 49 games and scored three goals and three templates.
