A tragic incident shook aviation: On Saturday, October 26th, a 70-year-old pilot from Waltrop died when his glider crashed in Kamen. The unfortunate moment occurred around 4 p.m., just a short time after the plane took off. Eyewitnesses reported that the glider suddenly drifted to the right and crashed in an adjacent field.
First responders immediately rushed to help and tried to resuscitate the man. But despite all efforts, any help came too late.
