Heiden music band: Ten new talents and great honors at the meeting!

Heiden, Deutschland - Heiden. An exciting evening for the Heidener music band! At the traditional “sauerkraut assembly” there was joyful news right from the start: ten new members found their way to the main orchestra! "We are pleased that we were able to record so many talented young people from our youth orchestra this year," the association proudly announced. honors for loyal members

Another highlight of the evening was the honors! A total of 14 members were honored for their many years of loyalty and musical activity in the folk musician association, including two musicians who have been there for 55 years! Ludger Sappe (bass clarinet) and Christoph Harke (clarinet) received the golden badge of honor of the Folk Music Association of North Rhine -Westphalia - a sign of extraordinary commitment. The board did not miss the opportunity to thank the hard -working helpers who carried out renovations in the Haus der Musik with a lot of skill.

The Heiden music band has exciting plans for the future! On December 22nd, a Christmas pack singing for young and old will take place, musically accompanied by various groups of the club. The ticket sales start on November 11th. Also in the pipeline: the spring concert, which will take place as usual two weeks before Easter on April 4 and 5. And as a special highlight, the music band will present a popular serenade on Rathausplatz on Christmas Eve after the nativity play. In addition, participation in the German Music Festival in Ulm and a trip to Lancaster, Wisconsin, USA, is on the program for 2025. An exciting year for the Heiden band!
