Bonn psychologists help Ukrainians: Hope for Kriegtrauma!

In a brave step, the psychologists of the University Hospital Bonn fight in the fight against the traumatic shadows of the Ukraine War! From now on they work with their Ukrainian colleagues to work with their Ukrainian colleagues to assist traumatized refugees and affected people. The innovative project is aimed at war returnees in Ukraine and refugees who are currently living in RBRS-Land.

This week a delegation from Ukraine visited the prestigious campus on Venusberg to share strategies and experiences together. The goal? To help the survivors of the devastating conflict better process the psychological scars of the war. The Bonn experts promise to increase the quality of their help through the international exchange, which is urgently needed. Along with these measures, a further visit to the Bonn psychologists in Ukraine is planned to consolidate the partnership and set new impulses.
