In a dramatic deployment, the federal police arrested a 27-year-old Indian smuggler and his Pakistani accomplices on Autobahn 4 on Aachen-Laurensberg on Wednesday afternoon! The impact was triggered when the officials discovered an overloaded vehicle that crossed the German-Dutch border. The van was overcrowded with 7 people from Nepal, India and Pakistan, who had no valid identification papers. An inmate only had a European residence permit and was able to continue his journey after police measures.
The overcrowded vehicle occupants were not strapped, which made the situation even more dangerous. After intensive investigations, it turned out that two Nepalese had entered illegally and are now the subject of return measures. Two Indians and two Pakistians also had to return to the Netherlands. While the helper was released, the situation for the smuggler has serious consequences: it was brought in front of the judge and is now in custody for smuggling!
dramatic investigations!
The alarmed federal police still have many questions to clarify. The danger that comes from such smuggling networks is enormous. The well -planned procedure of the perpetrators could possibly indicate other criminal elements. The police stay tuned and pursue the investigation at high pressure to prevent such dangerous activities. The incident also throws a bright light on the challenges in border protection and security in the region.
