A 69-year-old man was declared dead in Oldenburg over the weekend after a brutal attack. He died in hospital from serious injuries sustained during an attack on Lappan on December 16. The suspected perpetrator, a 24-year-old man, was immediately stopped at the scene by passers-by and arrested by the police.
