In a dramatic incident in Niestetal, Kassel district, two unscrupulous "false waterworks" were caught in the act on Tuesday afternoon! Thanks to the sharp mind of an attentive grandson, the police were able to intervene quickly and arrest the two men before escaping with their prey.

The perpetrators, a 20-year-old man from the Diepholz district and a 25-year-old homeless person, had gained access to the senior home by specifying the lines because of water damage. While the senior was initially skeptical, she finally let herself lead to the kitchen to run the water.
