The grand finale of the Lower Saxony Amateur Cup is just around the corner! Where will the spectacle take place? In Hildesheim or Rehden! This decision was made during the Association Games Committee meeting on Friday afternoon, and the excitement is rising!
The draw made things clear: the winner of the first semi-final between VfV Borussia 06 Hildesheim and BSV Schwarz-Weiß Rehden will receive home advantage in the final. In the second semi-final, SV Atlas Delmenhorst and TuS Bersenbrück meet. Both exciting games are scheduled for Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, at 3 p.m. But the final itself takes place just nine days later, on May 1st!
Flexibility for the clubs
To accommodate the clubs, NFV cup match director Jörg Zellmer offered an exciting option: “If the clubs agree on a different date, they can play beforehand at any time.” This means that the semi-finals could even take place before the league games start in the spring. This flexibility adds extra excitement and gives fans hope for an exciting football festival!
